When you sign in via Google, we receive and store:
- Your name and email address (from your Google account)
- A Google account identifier (used to link your account)
- Session tokens (to keep you signed in)
If you subscribe to Pro, we additionally store your subscription status and plan (monthly or annual) as returned by our payment processor, Polar.
Timer sessions, task data, and settings are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your session
- Determine your subscription status (Free vs. Pro)
- Process payments via Polar
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth — authentication only; we do not access your Gmail or other Google services
- Polar — payment processing; subject to their own privacy policy
- Turso (LibSQL) — cloud database hosting for account and subscription data
- Netlify — hosting and infrastructure
5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.
6. Cookies & Storage
We use a session cookie to keep you authenticated. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. Local app data (timer, tasks, settings) is stored in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us directly.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
